We will never sell or give anyone access to your personal information, including your e-mail address.  When you place your order with Healing Earth Vermont Herbals, we may collect information about the products you buy or search for, but never do we use this information for anything except to target our communication with you.  We do not share, sell, or trade e-mail addresses or specific purchase details.  We never release credit card, financial, or address or survey data for any use to any other company. 

 

Returns and Replacements
Please include a copy of your receipt along with an explanation of why you are returning the products.  The package needs to be pre-paid; no COD’s will be accepted.  Ship to: Healing Earth Vermont Herbals, 2187 Main Street, Fairfax, VT 05454.  We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, exchange, or store credit on all merchandise (exclusive of shipping charges).  Returned products must be in “new” condition with packing intact. We reserve the right to refuse refund if these conditions are not met.  Products received after 30 days will be processed as store credit only (exclusive of shipping charges).  If you have any questions regarding the return of products, please call us at (802) 849-2732.  You may also contact us through this website.

Sale and Clearance Merchandise
Returns of products purchased "on sale" or at "clearance" prices will be accepted for exchange or store credit. No refunds will be issued. Damaged Packages: Carriers require that the package containing damaged items be inspected by the recipients at the time of delivery. Please notify the carrier if the packages received are damaged. An inspection by the carrier will be made and, based on the carrier's decision, the product will either be replaced or refunded.

 

Ordering
Place your order by 1:00 PM during weekdays and we will make every effort to ship your order the same day.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
